Wayne Bridge's 40th Birthday

Brief:
Our client, Frankie Bridge, approached us to organise her husband, Wayne Bridge’s surprise 40^th birthday party. After attending a site visit at their home, we learned that Frankie wanted to create a festival themed event in their garden, called ‘EL FEST’.

Delivery:
With only 1 month until the event date, we managed to pull together our suppliers and within a few days we had a detailed proposal over to Frankie, ready for her to sign off. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 the event had to be rescheduled to the following year, but no doubt we got the job done! 120 guests and 25 suppliers later, everything was in place.

A festival inspired tipi with LED light-up letters, an eye-catching balloon display suspended across the pool, large festival flags, rustic wooden seating, shisha, band, DJ, festival glitter art, street food stands, waffle dessert stand, cocktail mixologists & flair bartenders, vintage-styled photo booth, award-winning magician, sanitise units, photographer, luxury toilets and a 3 tiered birthday cake. What more could one ask for?

Our client expressed her need for the wow-factor and we delivered. This event was definitely one to remember!
