Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Dinner

Brief:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure challenged us to plan their event with only 3 weeks’ notice. We love a challenge so of course we said yes! With important clients travelling from around the world, the event had to impress. After attending a conference event during the day at a venue in London Docklands, they required transport, a venue & our expert event management to ensure a smooth delivery.

Delivery:
After taking our client on multiple venue viewings, they decided that The Shard was the perfect location. Where better to impress your global staff than one of London’s most iconic venues? Guests arrived to the beautiful Shangri-La at The Shard where they were welcomed with a glass of champagne before heading into the Foyer to interact and network. Guests were then called for dinner into the Ren room where they entered to beautifully decorated cabaret style tables.
