Mission Accomplished for RSS Formidable

Brief:
Good Look Events was honoured to manage a landmark visit by the Republic of Singapore Navy as RSS Formidable berthed for 10 days at West India Dock. With a crew of over 120 on board, we were tasked with delivering a full-scale event operation, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was flawlessly executed and provided a memorable experience for all involved.

Delivery:
From the outset, our team coordinated every detail of the visit, handling all logistical elements to ensure smooth operations. This included managing transportation and accommodation for the crew, arranging full-service catering to accommodate the needs of over 120 guests, and ensuring the highest standards of security management for the duration of the visit.

We also constructed custom-built walkways to provide seamless access to and from the ship, while large marquees and event lighting set the stage for various activities and events during the visit. Furniture was carefully selected to complement the elegant setting, and our guest liaison team ensured that all guests felt welcomed and well-catered for throughout their time at the dock.
