Good Look Events was honoured to collaborate with Riyadh HEIGHTS Company to deliver the “Minerals of the Future” Exhibition & Conference, hosted by Ma’aden — one of the world’s fastest-growing mining companies and the largest multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East — alongside the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. The conference, held at The Landmark London, aimed to highlight Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the global mining sector and showcase the Kingdom’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and international collaboration.

Delivery:

Our design and production team worked tirelessly over several weeks to bring this high-profile event to life. Every element was planned with precision and built to the highest standard, from custom exhibition stands and branded signage to registration desks and bespoke installations, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for guests and delegates alike.

A standout feature of the event was a custom-built LED platform created to display an Aston Martin F1 car, serving as a striking centrepiece that captured the spirit of progress, innovation, and excellence — values shared by both Ma’aden and the Ministry. The installation became a focal point of the conference, perfectly blending luxury design with technical innovation.

The “Minerals of the Future” Conference was executed seamlessly, earning praise from organisers, partners, and attendees for its creativity, attention to detail, and flawless delivery.
