Family Fun Day

Brief:
Our client wanted to create a ‘Family Fun Day’ Summer party where all employees could bring their partners & children to celebrate the company’s success. They were looking for an indoor and outdoor venue that was suitable for all ages and they came to the right place!

Delivery:
We attended a venue viewing at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington with our client where they got to see the Kens Garden space and instantly fell in love with it. As we work very closely with this venue, we were able to include an indoor space that leads directly to the gardens. We sourced a variety of family games including ten pin bowling, beach volleyball and quoits that were set up ready on the sand for guests’ arrival. The day consisted of a lot of fun and games with families smiling in the photo booth, adults drinking from the bar, children playing games and sunbathing, and everyone had to have a taste of the rolled ice cream.

Our client expressed their ideas for an outdoor BBQ, so we made it happen. Serving everything from salmon to burgers, the food was very tasty and didn’t go to waste.
