Bytes 40th Anniversary Celebration

Brief:
We were asked to create a summer soiree for the BYTES team. Like many companies, this would be the first time that the team would be together in person since the pandemic. Therefore, they wanted an opportunity to treat their clients and employees to an evening to remember.

Delivery:
The chosen venue was the gorgeous Somerset House, which boasts views of the London Thames. As this venue is quite restrictive in terms of access times, Good Look Events staff arrived at the earliest access time of 3pm, ready for a full-on day of setting up ahead.

We had our production team bringing in an extensive range of sound, lighting, furniture & personalised backdrops, our bar team bringing in all the crew, glassware, drinks & cocktail equipment, 3 street food traders and of course all of our wonderful and talented musicians. You can imagine the hard work that was put in to turn this event around in 3.5 hours!

The BYTES team and their clients spent their evening socialising with a cocktail in hand, listening to a guitarist, saxophonist, and DJ, grabbing their favourite festival style snack and rolled ice cream and even getting their face drawn by a caricaturist!
