Botanical Garden Summer Party

Brief:
Mace Group approached us to help with the venue sourcing and planning of their 2019 Summer Party. They wanted an outdoor space to begin their evening with some food and drinks flowing, before heading inside for some more mingling and entertainment.

Delivery:
After researching several venues, we accompanied our client on some viewings, and they decided that they loved The Brewery. Our clients arrived to a clear roof and open sided marquee featuring a range of bright summery plants and furnished with a vibrant range of stylish furniture. They were welcomed by a glass of champagne or mocktail and there were iced buckets of bottled beer placed centrally on the poseur tables. Once all the guests had arrived, the BBQ style canapes and bowl foods were served professionally by staff. 

Guests were then ushered inside to the Queen Charlotte room, where a live band were playing background music to welcome the guests. Our guests occupied themselves in the photo booth, dancing & mingling with friends and colleagues.
