3 Day Annual General Meeting

Our client holds their Annual General Meeting in a different country each year and with 2019’s location being London, they came to the right place. They informed us of their needs and expectations stating that there will be 3 main events, the annual general meeting, welcome drinks & gala dinner, alongside a variety of activities to offer to their wide range of clients who were travelling from all over the world. 

We presented our client with several venue options and activity ideas of which they chose a shopping trip, golf day, bus tour & London boat trip. We ensured that we had Event managers accompanying the clients on every trip to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery. 

The Annual General Meeting was held at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St Pauls which consisted of speeches, presentations and coffee breaks. Guests then arrived back to their hotel rooms to get ready for the Welcome Drinks reception at The Gherkin, where they were greeted at the top floor to a glass of champagne. With the DJ setting the atmosphere, guests had the chance to network, with an open bar and canapes circling around all evening. The following day, after a day full of fun activities and sightseeing, guests got dressed up ready to attend the Gala dinner at Hotel Café Royal. Upon arrival, guests were stunned at how magnificent and beautiful the venue was, covered in fluted Corinthian pilasters and mirrored panels with gilded frames. As expected, the food was beautifully decorated, accompanying its gorgeous taste!
