About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Partnerships team. This exciting role will involve building and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners in the events and hospitality sector, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events and hospitality sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target venues, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our agency’s goals and objectives.
    • Develop and present compelling partnership proposals, showcasing the value proposition of our agency.
    • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring a win-win relationship and maximising engagement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the agency’s partnership strategy.
    • Achieve set growth targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the agency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the events and hospitality sector.
    • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to develop and present persuasive proposals.
    • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
    • Time management and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong understanding of the London events and hospitality landscape.
    • Passion for the events industry and a genuine desire to build meaningful partnerships.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

    • Experience working with event planning agencies.
    • Knowledge of event production and logistics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in CRM and project management software.
    • Bilingual (English and another language) a plus.
